Develop and execute sales strategies for education-sector AV and telepresence solutions. Build relationships with colleges, universities, and academic decision-makers; identify opportunities; conduct presentations and product demonstrations; manage negotiations and deal closures; achieve sales targets; maintain CRM pipeline records; collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams; and represent the company at education events. Frequent travel is required for client meetings and campus visits.

Manage large enterprise and government accounts, build executive relationships, develop sales strategies, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close complex AV solution deals. Conduct market research, expand into new markets, coordinate with marketing, product, and technical teams, mentor junior sales staff, maintain forecasts, and report pipeline performance using CRM tools. Travel is required for client meetings and industry events.
