Oversees full-vehicle crashworthiness and occupant safety simulations, model validation, regulatory compliance, cost and mass optimization, technical reviews, and cross-functional coordination. Uses LS-DYNA, PAM-CRASH, ANSA, HyperMesh, META, HyperView, Animator, and OptiStruct to support vehicle safety performance and CAE-to-test correlation.

Leads computer-aided engineering activities for vehicle development programs, including planning, coordination, digital performance evaluation, simulation method development, and cost and mass target optimization. Conducts strength and durability analyses covering vibration fatigue, seam weld fatigue, road-load data, suspension kinematics, and subsystem strength. Performs root-cause analysis, validates engineering directions, manages risks, develops contingency plans, and reports progress to stakeholders and customers.
