Lead a development squad to design, build, and deliver production-quality supply-chain software. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, participate in Agile, implement microservices and APIs, develop in C#/.NET and ASP.NET, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and manage relational databases.

Manage and support Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL databases across VMs and cloud (AWS, OCI, Azure). Ensure backups, performance tuning, patching, large-database (>15 TB) operations, monitoring, dashboards, data loading/unloading, SOPs, and project support. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and collaborate with development and operations teams to prevent outages and optimize database architectures.
