Provides technical onboarding and deployment support for enterprise customers using voice AI agents. Responsibilities include designing integrations, building conversational agents, debugging production issues across APIs, telephony, webhooks, and LLMs, analyzing logs and transcripts, resolving incidents, and translating customer feedback into product improvements. The role partners with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, customer developers, and telephony providers.
