Lead organizational change, stakeholder adoption, communications, and training for a customer data transformation program. Drive data governance and data quality adoption, onboard Data Owners and Stewards, build data literacy and change champion networks, manage readiness and sustainment activities, prepare knowledge-transfer materials, and track adoption KPIs for program leadership.

Provides strategic leadership and accountability for large-scale programs spanning multiple entities and workstreams. Oversees governance, planning, delivery quality, stakeholder engagement, risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, vendors, and executive escalations. Ensures alignment across business and technology teams and delivers approved milestones, scope, and business outcomes. Requires extensive program or portfolio management experience and expertise in transformation delivery methodologies, enterprise applications, cloud, data, and digital initiatives.

Manages day-to-day planning, governance, coordination, and delivery for large-scale business or technology transformation programs. Oversees schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, and stakeholder expectations. Produces program roadmaps, dashboards, governance reports, and executive updates while coordinating across business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Design and implement enterprise data architectures, modern data platforms, and governance frameworks. Responsibilities include conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling; metadata, lineage, data quality, and master data management; data lake, warehouse, and lakehouse architecture; data integration; and collaboration on cloud-based platforms. The role requires strong SQL and hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC, Microsoft Fabric with Purview, or Databricks, preferably within Azure environments.
