Manage end-to-end accounts payable: vendor master maintenance and cleansing, invoice processing (PO and non-PO), vendor query resolution, payment cycle execution (ACH, checks, cards), payment issue research, month-end AP close, recurring payments, 1099 year-end support, expense compliance, vendor communications, and first-level helpdesk escalation and ticket monitoring.

Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware) and Azure infrastructure. Perform patching, backups (Veeam), disaster recovery, monitoring, security hardening, troubleshoot escalations, support production systems, and maintain documentation and compliance.

Review and prepare Closing Disclosures and documents for accuracy and compliance; manage CD packages and finalizing closing procedures.
