Lead new build and A&A construction projects from feasibility through handover. Manage design development, authority submissions, procurement, contractors, contracts, cost and schedule control, site progress (structural, architectural, M&E), testing & commissioning, approvals, quality assurance, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Lead and establish the integrated Project Controls function for a multi-billion-dollar renewable energy and transmission program.
