Join the Project Management team in Jamnagar to support delivery of a data centre project. Manage and consolidate multi-disciplinary construction schedules for design, engineering, construction and commissioning. Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, perform schedule risk analysis (EVM/S-curve, SRA), define critical paths, produce KPI reports and lookaheads, validate contractor schedules and implement change control to mitigate delays and improve forecasting.

Lead end-to-end project advisory engagements for construction clients including lender's independent project monitoring, procurement and contract advisory, and contract management. Manage client relationships, prepare regular monitoring reports (risk, cost, progress), coordinate contract negotiation/execution, support bids and business development, ensure project financial and knowledge management, and oversee delivery to quality, time and budget.

Lead and coordinate bid and proposal activities for Turner & Townsend Taiwan, driving pipeline development and revenue growth. Manage bid planning, stakeholder mobilisation, proposal writing, partner collaboration, compliance with governance, and timely submissions. Support market analysis, interview preparation, capability materials, pipeline reporting, and content library maintenance to improve win rates.

Lead cost management for MEP construction projects: manage cost planning, reporting, value engineering, commercial negotiations, invoicing (D-365), stakeholder engagement, and team development. Ensure cost controls, risk management, and client satisfaction.

Lead execution of construction and workplace projects ensuring quality, cost, safety, compliance, and schedule. Coordinate clients, contractors, consultants, and site teams; manage master and short-term programmes, procurement for consultants, inspections, reporting, and documentation. Mentor junior staff, run stakeholder meetings, resolve issues, and produce project reports using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

Prepare and maintain expense and purchase ledgers, manage vendor payments, update cash books and bank postings, assist month-end close and balance sheet schedules, produce reports, support country analysts, and improve accounting processes. Accounts payable/receivable experience preferred.
