Manage multi-modal transport of equipment and materials from manufacture to construction sites. Provide freight cost estimates, develop routing guides and traffic instructions, coordinate customs clearance, negotiate specialized carrier agreements, support special on-site movements, and handle claims and supplier transportation evaluations to ensure cost-effective, timely logistics for energy projects.

Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules for energy and infrastructure projects. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather data, monitor progress, identify delays, perform earned value analysis, produce progress reports and forecasts, lead planning meetings, ensure compliance with standards and safety, implement corrective actions, and mentor junior planning engineers.

Manage project documentation lifecycle: receive, process, distribute, organize, store, retrieve and dispose of records. Support project teams, vendors and clients; enforce document control processes and standards; coordinate reviews, escalate issues, ensure quality and compliance, and promote continuous improvement.

Support delivery of construction and workplace projects across all phases: assist planning, coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, change control, meeting minutes, and reporting.

Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and progress monitoring. Maintain schedules and budgets, manage risk, coordinate stakeholders, ensure compliance, mentor junior staff, and produce performance reports.

Prepare and maintain project cost estimates and budgets, control project costs across the lifecycle, analyze cost variances, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, finance, and stakeholders to support decision-making and ensure delivery within approved budgets.

Manage project contracts during execution: expedite deliverables, monitor compliance, assess variations/claims and delay damages, maintain audit-ready commercial records and reporting, provide contract feedback, and manage guarantee periods.

Inspect and verify protective coatings and insulation on piping, vessels, tanks, and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Perform surface preparation checks, thickness and adhesion tests, material verification, witness testing, document inspections and NCRs, report findings, and support corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Lead procurement and supply chain activities for project packages, develop tendering and procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships and PO execution, track supply schedules, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement to deliver project scope on time, cost, and quality targets.

Lead full lifecycle delivery of corporate real estate and workplace refurbishment programs across APAC, managing budgets, schedules, contractors, compliance, procurement, stakeholder reporting, and mentoring project teams.
