Manage and administer ANGARAI's Zoho One ecosystem (users, access, licenses), build automations with Zoho Flow and Deluge, create dashboards and reports, maintain integrations and data integrity, handle IT asset management and user support, enforce security and compliance, coordinate vendors, and support audits to ensure stable operations across India and US (aligned with U.S. EST hours).

Support end-to-end growth operations for business development, capture, and proposals. Maintain Zoho CRM and WorkDrive as systems of record, analyze RFPs, manage Go/No-Go and compliance, track deadlines, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify risks, and ensure audit-ready documentation aligned with U.S. EST business hours.
