Recruit candidates across Engineering, Product, Growth, Testing, Design, and Operations using structured, evidence-based evaluation. Build and maintain talent pools, source passive candidates, filter applicants, verify claims, identify risks, and provide hiring recommendations. Support selected People Operations activities, including onboarding, performance-review coordination, contract tracking, employee documentation, and offboarding. This is a remote, part-time freelancer retainer role capped at 40 hours monthly, with limited carryover.

Manage and optimize Google App Campaigns to scale mobile app growth with a focus on post-install metrics (activation, retention, revenue). Run 2-4 experiments weekly on creatives, audiences, and bidding, use AI tools for execution and insights, collaborate with designers, and submit weekly reports with data-driven recommendations while maintaining low CPI and high-quality users.
