Represent Wingify through conferences, webinars, and workshops while building the region’s strategic presales practice.

Manage reseller-partner customer accounts through renewal, retention, expansion, and revenue growth. Develop joint business plans, conduct QBRs, identify adoption and whitespace opportunities, support partner onboarding and enablement, create sales playbooks, assess commercial opportunities, monitor performance, and lead cross-functional initiatives to strengthen the partner ecosystem.

Manage strategic ANZ customer accounts through onboarding, platform adoption, training, optimization, retention, and growth. Build trusted stakeholder relationships, develop success plans, identify churn risks, coordinate with internal teams, provide product feedback, and support customer references and case studies. The role requires strong SaaS or digital optimization experience, ANZ market knowledge, and occasional client travel across Australia.

Provide technical support to French- and English-speaking B2B SaaS customers through email, chat, and phone. Troubleshoot web application issues, analyze logs, manage support tickets within SLAs, and track software defects in Jira. Collaborate with Development, QA, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues, support onboarding, and communicate product feedback.

Build and customize frontend solutions using Vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS. Debug complex client-side issues, manipulate the DOM, handle events, analyze Fetch/XHR requests, use MutationObservers, and modify live websites safely. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive behavior, performance, and resilience to dynamic updates while collaborating cross-functionally on client scenarios and experiments.
