Leads KBR’s India Procurement and Supply Chain organization, overseeing procurement, subcontracts, materials management, and supply chain teams. Responsibilities include workforce planning, capability development, resource allocation, stakeholder and client engagement, governance, process standardization, digital transformation, performance improvement, and organizational change. The role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and supports procurement and supply chain delivery across global EPC, engineering, construction, and industrial projects.

Designs electrical systems and facility layouts for oil and gas, power, and renewable energy projects. Creates schematics, SLDs, cable tray and substation layouts, electrical models, material quantities, drawing lists, and design standards using 2D and 3D tools. Coordinates discipline interfaces, applies client requirements and electrical codes, uses design review software, and supports quality compliance. May manage small teams and train junior designers.

Develops and manages technical proposal content connecting business development and delivery operations. Translates client requirements, execution strategies, risks, commercial objectives, and win themes into persuasive, compliant proposals. Coordinates distributed proposal teams, reviews and validates content, closes quality gaps, supports planning and continuous improvement, and coaches team members. Requires project delivery or engineering management experience, proposal or tender experience, strong technical writing, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams in an office-based workshare environment.

Designs and models telecommunications and security infrastructure using Smart 3D, Revit, and BIM tools. Converts sketches, specifications, and construction documents into detailed 3D models, drawings, and as-built documentation. Manages BIM workflows, performs clash detection, maintains telecom design standards, and ensures compliance with industry codes. Leads complex design projects, mentors junior staff, supports client reviews, and collaborates with engineering, construction, architectural, structural, and MEP teams.

Specify process and utility packaged equipment, including boilers, refrigeration packages, and HVAC systems. Conduct technical bid evaluations, review vendor drawings, coordinate engineering information, witness vendor acceptance tests, and support field commissioning and startup. The role requires expertise in rotating machinery, API standards, centrifugal pumps and compressors, and experience with chemical, petrochemical, refining, LNG, and offshore projects. Global travel may be required.

Leads mechanical engineering for static process equipment across FEED, EPC, and EPCM projects. Designs and reviews pressure vessels, storage tanks, columns, reactors, heat-transfer equipment, and related systems using international codes. Performs material selection, vendor document reviews, technical evaluations, equipment re-rating, inspections, and code compliance. Guides engineers and designers, manages project resources and budgets, supports schedules, and may travel globally for client, office, or site assignments.

Supports business development managers and proposal leaders throughout pursuits, pricing, negotiations, and contract awards. Coordinates commercial subject-matter experts, develops pricing models and sales proposals, prepares approval documents and executive presentations, responds to client inquiries, maintains Salesforce sales information, and produces activity reports. The role also researches competition and client history, supports sales strategy, ensures governance compliance, and prepares executive visit intelligence while managing deadlines across global time zones.

Designs, specifies, and supports instrumentation and control systems, including process control, safety systems, control panels, analyzers, telecommunications, field instrumentation, and valves. Develops advanced controls optimization solutions, resolves complex engineering issues, plans and coordinates technical work, and guides designers and less experienced engineers. May lead functional areas or project segments, including budgeting, scheduling, coordination, performance management, coaching, and professional development.

Designs and coordinates instrumentation and control engineering deliverables for assigned commodities. Reviews P&IDs, instrument indexes, schedules, and engineering inputs; tracks deliverables, tags, procurement status, and holds. Ensures quality documentation, supports interdisciplinary interfaces, provides technical guidance to engineers and designers, and escalates input delays for schedule reforecasting.

Manage the full procurement scope for EPC, FEED, and portfolio projects, including procurement management, buying, expediting, logistics, inspection, and material management. Establish procedures, oversee safety, compliance, quality, schedule, and budget, manage changes, coordinate with engineering and international stakeholders, and report project status. Lead cost reduction, supplier negotiations, commercial strategy, team development, and supply chain capability growth while supporting primarily US-based projects and potential worldwide travel.
