Design and deliver enterprise application migration strategies: discovery, dependency mapping, wave planning, and execution guidance. Provide advanced mainframe storage administration and support (DASD, tape, virtual tape), perform migrations, backups, DR planning and recoveries, run performance diagnostics, customize ISV storage products, and deliver 24x7 customer support during migrations and incidents.

Lead and manage the enterprise monitoring operations team to ensure availability, performance, and reliability of infrastructure and applications. Oversee BMC Helix, OpenShift, Prometheus/Grafana, and Entuity monitoring; manage upgrades, capacity, alerting quality, SOPs, DR tests, incident escalations, ITIL alignment, and stakeholder reporting.

Lead design and delivery of secure, scalable Azure cloud platforms and modernization initiatives. Drive architecture, landing zones, platform engineering, IaC/CI-CD automation, DevSecOps, cost optimization, mentor teams, run workshops, and support pre-sales and client advisory.

The role involves managing cloud operations primarily on GCP, leading teams, optimizing cloud services, handling service requests, automation, and engaging stakeholders to drive projects.

Provide 24x7 CICS Transaction Server system programming, administration, tuning, migrations, disaster recovery support, and problem resolution for mainframe clients. Work with vendors, follow ITSM change control, document incidents, and support customer transitions and DR activities.
