Leads the talent acquisition function and supervises recruiting specialists. Develops hiring strategies, manages recruiting metrics and pipelines, oversees Workday processes, trains recruiters, partners with HR and business leaders, supports employer branding, ensures compliance, and improves candidate and hiring manager experiences across clinical, corporate, and operational hiring.

Provide frontline technical support for end users: troubleshoot Windows workstations, mobile devices, telephony, Active Directory and Exchange; provision devices; configure applications; participate in service desk queue; mentor others and implement process improvements.
