The Senior Engineer will deploy standard business processes and applications, train business users, and promote new business features while ensuring functional coherence and measuring project success through indicators.

Manage strategic and product marketing databases, market sizing, market share analysis, market data books, business-plan support, and interactive dashboards. Maintain standardized vehicle and product data, ensure data quality, analyze market and competitor trends, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Strategic Marketing, and Product Marketing teams. Use Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, SQL, SAP HANA, and Google Cloud Platform to industrialize recurring analyses and support automotive platform decisions.

Develops and validates automated testing strategies, equipment specifications, test programs, and electronic test plans for automotive products. Analyzes requirements, failures, test coverage, tester performance, and defects; supports functional tester software, manufacturing integration, process qualification, FMEA, continuous improvement, and production transitions while ensuring safety and environmental standards.

Designs and develops reducer and gearbox assemblies and components for automotive and EV drivetrains. Creates 3D models, 2D drawings, technical data packages, and tolerance stack-ups; applies DFM principles for casting and plastics; supports prototyping, testing fixtures, and design validation. Collaborates with motor and vehicle integration teams, manages product definitions in PLM, ensures regulatory, environmental, quality, and safety compliance, and improves design processes through automation.

Leads electronic design engineering activities within assigned automotive projects, including budget execution, quality, cost, delivery performance, technical reviews, corrective actions, efficiency initiatives, and design reuse. Coordinates with engineering managers and technical project leaders, resolves technical issues through QRQC processes, supports team competency development, and mentors discipline designers while ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.

Processes accounts payable transactions, including supplier master updates, PO and non-PO invoices, credit and debit notes, advance payments, payment runs, and payment entries in SAP. Performs supplier and GL reconciliations, clearing account reviews, AP aging and KPI reporting, monthly closing support, audit documentation, employee reimbursement processing, and compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Manage and roll out regional IT infrastructure standards across data centers, plants, workstations, networks, servers, storage, security, and user environments. Responsibilities include supplier and service-level management, incident resolution, infrastructure projects, audits, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, budget support, and confidentiality protection. The role requires frequent onsite travel across the region, occasional after-hours or weekend work, and strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure technologies.

Manages supply chain activities for new automotive products, including logistics concepts, transportation, warehousing, packaging, supplier protocols, master data, planning, inventory, and project milestone coordination. Leads logistics FMEA activities, monitors supply chain KPIs, supports production ramp-up, controls obsolete inventory, and ensures compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and company standards.

Leads discipline design execution within assigned engineering projects, including budget management, quality, cost, delivery, technical reviews, corrective actions, QRQC, efficiency planning, and design reuse. Collaborates with engineering and technical project leaders to align timelines and specifications, while mentoring discipline designers and supporting competency development and continuous improvement.
