Responsible for generating and distributing management reports, performing data analysis, developing MIS systems for customer management, and providing analytical support to the management team. Coordinates with operations and support groups, engages with internal and external customers to identify analysis requirements, and interacts with clients to understand reporting needs. Collaborates with finance team for payables and receivables reconciliations.
