Collaborate with internal and outsourced partners, perform deep-dive packet-level diagnostics, RCA, and performance analysis to ensure high-availability and secure network infrastructures.

Manage sales operations across APJ (excluding Japan): quotes/pricing, margin analysis, order management, invoicing, returns, forecasting, backlog and installed-base reporting, UAT, reseller onboarding, demo unit and decommission execution, and drive integration of new technologies (AI) into tools and processes.

Designs, deploys, and supports enterprise HPE Aruba WLAN solutions (APs, gateways, Aruba Central, Clearpass, Airwave). Performs wireless troubleshooting, RF analysis, site surveys, capacity planning, incident escalations, documentation, and collaborates with engineering and support teams. Works aligned to Americas business hours in a hybrid schedule.

Design, develop, validate, and troubleshoot network solutions spanning wireless (WLAN), switching, and network software/automation. Implement test plans, perform packet-level diagnostics and RCAs, collaborate with internal and outsourced partners, and ensure high-availability and security of switching and WLAN infrastructures.

Provide L1 TAC support for Aruba enterprise switching (AOS-CX/AOS-S), perform initial troubleshooting, case triage, log collection, configuration validation, SLA-driven communication, and escalate structured cases to L2/L3.
