Drives Workday Recruiting implementation and process standardization across eight MENAT countries. Gathers regional requirements, translates hiring practices into scalable Workday business processes, coordinates with HR and technical teams, manages talent platform integrations, ensures data integrity, and documents compliant workflows, specifications, and system triggers.

Leads technical discovery, solution architecture, security integration, proof-of-concept workshops, technical proposals, and sales presentations for private cloud and datacenter infrastructure solutions. Designs Nutanix and VMware environments, including capacity planning, networking, security, data protection, and compliance. Partners with prospective clients as a trusted technical advisor and translates complex architecture concepts into business value and ROI.

Supervise multi-site Records and Information Management (RIM) operations across 4-5 warehouse facilities, optimize manpower and productivity, monitor KPIs and MIS/Google Sheets reporting, manage in-house teams and outsourced vendors, ensure SLAs/TATs compliance, resolve client escalations, and lead projects like facility consolidations and migrations.

Supervise large-scale digitization and business process operations, including scanning, metadata, document management, workflow optimization, and proof-of-concept testing. Coordinate Key Account Managers, vertical leads, and ground delivery teams to meet customer expectations, timelines, SOPs, and financial goals. Lead teams of 50–100 employees, optimize costs and gross profit, validate proposals, manage customer relationships, and ensure operational compliance across client sites and facilities.

Provides on-site smart hands support in data centers, including hardware racking, stacking, cabling, component replacement, power cycling, basic network switch setup, and troubleshooting. Coordinates with remote engineers and clients, follows runbooks, maintains accurate asset and incident records, conducts visual alarm inspections, and complies with secure access, safety, and operational procedures.

Provides expert Level 3 support for cloud-based enterprise applications, leading complex diagnostics, incident resolution, root cause analysis, system monitoring, and client communications. Collaborates with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Sales to improve platform stability, scalability, onboarding, and service delivery. Ensures compliance with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes while using automation, scripting, observability, and ticketing tools.
