Serves as the global Workday subject matter expert for mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and Core HR initiatives. Translates business requirements into end-to-end People Systems solutions, leads solution design, testing, deployment, stabilization, and data migration, and coordinates dependencies across Workday, payroll, learning, recruitment, reporting, and integrations. Provides functional leadership, drives standardization and governance, supports issue resolution, and ensures data quality, compliance, controls, and audit readiness.
