Administer and optimize Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (Data Center). Design workflows, automations, integrations (REST API, GitHub, Bitbucket, CI/CD), dashboards and JQL reports. Provide user support, training, upgrades, lifecycle management, governance, audits, and plugin evaluation to enable agile delivery and data-driven reporting.
