Act as the Time & Attendance single point of contact: manage swipe data and attendance validation, handle leave entitlements and payroll inputs, maintain shift schedules, support employee queries, ensure attendance hardware functions, manage joiner/exiter records, and prepare leave and attendance reports across locations.

Lead sourcing and commodity strategies for axles and forgings, drive cost reductions, raw material planning, supplier risk mitigation, contract management, cross-functional alignment, and implement reporting to ensure QCD and process compliance.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes; ensure data quality and availability; collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics and reporting; implement data solutions and support data platform operations.
