Provide white-glove technical support to institutional clients via phone, email, and chat; triage and resolve issues or escalate appropriately; maintain communication until resolution; develop playbooks; participate in on-call rotation and work defined AMER shift onsite in Bangalore.

Design, build, and automate metrics, dashboards, and experiments to generate product and growth insights. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data pipelines, report KPIs at scale, leverage AI to build workflows, and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
