The Associate Director of User Experience Design will lead UX strategy and initiatives at DTCC, focusing on design thinking and collaboration across teams to enhance user-centric product design in financial services.

Designs, develops, tests, documents, and supports software applications. Works with architects, product managers, and SMEs to implement solutions, follow design and code standards, create unit tests, and participate in CI/CD and risk/control processes. Provides production support and contributes to continuous improvement.

Lead and execute UAT for Financial Risk & Governance projects: plan scope, coordinate stakeholders, validate acceptance criteria, run tests in non-production environments, log defects in JIRA, ensure audit-ready sign-off, mentor testers, and contribute to UAT automation and governance.

Lead design, operate, and improve managed file transfer platforms (IBM Connect:Direct, DataPower, AWS Transfer Family). Ensure high availability, security, compliance, onboarding support, incident response, automation, lifecycle management, disaster recovery, and observability while collaborating with application, infrastructure, security, and external client teams.

Lead design and implementation of secure, scalable public cloud solutions using DevSecOps practices. Develop and manage Terraform/TFE infrastructure-as-code, drive cloud networking and landing zone design, support AWS (and Azure) environments, implement CI/CD and automated policy controls, and mentor junior engineers to build cloud engineering capability.

Monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity events; lead investigations, perform digital forensics and eDiscovery, mentor junior staff, contribute to exercises and process improvements, participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel (~10%).

Support Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement operations: create and manage requisitions, POs, supplier data, approvals, and reporting; resolve system/business issues; assist testing, deployments, and quarterly updates/regression testing.

Designs and builds application components and backend systems for the dCDTS platform. Provides full lifecycle development-to-production support, performance tuning, security implementation, data modeling, environment setup with infrastructure, and collaborates with QA and Product to deliver reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions.

The Lead Performance Test Engineer ensures applications meet quality standards through automated performance testing, collaborates with developers on defect resolution, and mentors team members, while working with a variety of testing tools and environments.

Lead systems engineering for middleware and platform reliability: containerize and deploy applications with OpenShift/Kubernetes, manage CI/CD pipelines (Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab), implement IaC (Terraform, Chef), support middleware onboarding and SSL lifecycle, apply security patches, monitor performance, and collaborate across teams to troubleshoot and optimize systems.
