Requires strong Articulate 360 expertise, video production skills, AI workflow experience, and the ability to manage multiple remote projects.

Leads UKG application architecture and administration as the senior technical SME. Configures modules, workflows, security, integrations, reports, dashboards, testing, releases, and production support. Partners with HR, Payroll, IT, Security, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Troubleshoots integration failures, performs root cause analysis, supports governance and audit readiness, protects sensitive HR data, and drives documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.
