Deliver EXL- and client-specific training, coach and mentor struggling trainees, manage class discipline and attendance, assess calls/transactions against quality criteria, provide feedback and coaching, compile reports, liaise with stakeholders, handle training administration (room coordination, transport, payroll), develop training materials, and take calls as required.
