This internship involves working with Electrical Design and Power Electronics engineers on projects, preparing proposals, validating tests, and supporting project documentation.

Design and develop LV/MV power electronics and control cabinet systems for drives. Perform sizing, hardware design, loss calculations, filter/protection circuits, simulations, prototype testing, documentation (BOM, SLD, specs), manufacturing support, FATs, and occasional commissioning travel.

Responsible for design engineering and technical interface in EMS/Sub-station automation projects, ensuring design meets customer needs and regulatory compliance. Key tasks include network configuration, protocol integration, and risk management.

The Lead System Engineer manages the selection, sizing, and configuration of power quality systems, ensuring technical solutions meet customer needs while overseeing project lifecycles. Responsibilities include documentation, risk analysis, and process improvement.

Design, implement, validate and commission industrial automation control hardware and software. Create and maintain design documentation, support customers and suppliers, manage engineering changes, integrate PLC/SCADA/HMI systems, implement industrial networking and cybersecurity, and support multi-disciplinary project execution including on-site commissioning and travel.

Architect and develop next-generation HMI systems for power and process control applications. Design HMI screens, implement industrial communication networks, develop software (primarily Microsoft stack), integrate with historians/databases, support field engineering, and ensure cyber protection and quality across the software lifecycle.

Design, develop, and validate mechanical components and packaging for LV/MV drives. Perform conceptual and detailed CAD design, sheet-metal design, NPI/localization, cost reduction (VA/VE), DMP activities, technical risk management, and lead cross-functional global assignments to ensure on-time, quality deliverables.

Lead design, sizing, simulation, testing, validation and certification of LV/MV variable speed drives (VSD/VFD). Develop hardware, perform loss budgeting, earth/protection and arc-flash calculations, prepare design documentation and BOMs, verify prototype performance, support manufacturing and conduct FATs to UL/IEC standards.
