Design and review power conversion system solutions, perform detailed engineering and power system studies for VSDs, transformers, motors and switchgear, prepare technical documentation, manage technical risk and vendor specifications, support multi-discipline project integration, and ensure EHS compliance while coordinating with global teams and suppliers.

Designs, implements, and validates control hardware and software for industrial automation, rectifier, electrolyser, synchronous condenser, and grid automation systems. Lead technical delivery for complex marine power-conversion projects (VCS, DP, drives, power systems). Produce system designs, specifications, and reviews; mitigate technical risks; support sales, sourcing, and project teams; develop engineering capability and roadmaps for India region.

Lead technical engineering for energy storage, solar, and hybrid plants including detailed balance-of-plant design, controls software validation, commissioning support, stakeholder coordination, project scheduling, QC/QA, and training/documentation for installation and operations.

Perform systems and detail electrical engineering (transformers, motors, MV/LV switchgear, control panels, UPS/batteries, cabling, earthing), prepare SLDs, schematics, GA, BOMs, review vendor documentation, identify technical risks and mitigation, ensure standards and EHS compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized solutions.

This internship involves working with Electrical Design and Power Electronics engineers on projects, preparing proposals, validating tests, and supporting project documentation.
