Lead product and trade marketing for Astro PayTV: define GTM strategy across ATL/BTL/online/on-ground, align stakeholders, manage campaign rollouts, measure performance, drive partnerships and continuous improvement, and act as project manager for initiatives and business plans.

Lead design and governance of total rewards (base, variable, LTIPs, benefits); run annual compensation cycles, job evaluation and levelling; manage performance frameworks and cycles; perform compensation analytics, benchmarking and market intelligence; partner on reward-related projects and enablement to support people strategy.

Support company-wide employee engagement and employer branding initiatives: plan and execute programs, produce communications and creative assets, manage SharePoint HR portal, coordinate photoshoots and videos, and assist on projects to strengthen workplace culture.

Support end-to-end campaign operations: enter and verify bookings, process billing in SAP/systems, monitor campaign utilization, prepare progress and billing reports, resolve operational issues, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate campaign records.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, high-performance cloud-native applications and APIs. Provide technical leadership across architecture, development, troubleshooting, testing, CI/CD, and deployment. Collaborate with architects, product, security, and DevOps; guide teams on NFRs, system performance, event-driven patterns, and release management while supporting SIT/UAT and operational databases.

Support Account Executives and Sales Managers to implement and monitor client advertising campaigns across TV, radio, digital and social channels. Provide administrative support, attend meetings as needed, assist campaign monitoring and reporting, and support integrated solutions, events, and product sampling under manager supervision.
