Leads Japan demand planning strategy and the integrated business planning process. Lead monthly and quarterly FP&A for Japan: prepare financial reports and management presentations, build and maintain financial models, support budgeting/forecasting, drive scenario analysis and automation, collaborate cross-functionally, and support SOX and compliance activities.

Provide frontline employee support across phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot and escalate HR/payroll issues; promote self-service; deliver training and QA; contribute to process improvements, knowledge base, workforce management reporting, and contact center operations.
