Manage multiple innovation, renovation and remediation projects from definition through launch. Manage and grow relationships with national key accounts by developing strategic sales plans, delivering tailored presentations, negotiating contracts, forecasting sales, and coordinating cross-functional execution to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Manage end-to-end invoice processing and SolutionsHub ticket resolution within SLA, validate and process submitted documents, resolve discrepancies with stakeholders, support R2P operations and reporting, escalate complex issues, and identify process improvements to optimize invoice lifecycle and on-time payments.
