Lead end-to-end delivery of regional security technology projects across APAC, including planning, approvals, implementation, testing, integration, and handover. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, governance, compliance, stakeholders, vendors, system integrators, infrastructure readiness, and phased deployments. Lead and manage civil, structural and architectural (CSA) design and construction for a data centre. Coordinate design reviews, validate structural calculations and drawings, drive value engineering, oversee site works and inspections, resolve technical issues, manage tenders and consultants, enforce quality, ensure code compliance, track risks and deliverables, support commissioning, and prepare progress reports and handover documentation.

Support day-to-day finance operations for Japan and Korea, including accounts payable/receivable, expense management, bank reconciliations, month-end tasks, payroll/tax liaison, and bookkeeping in the ERP system.

Supports Senior Project Managers in delivering E&M-driven data centre construction projects. Responsibilities include project documentation, meeting materials, progress reporting, stakeholder communication, site-visit support, activity and deliverable tracking, and risk escalation. The role coordinates project information across clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project phases.

Manage project documentation, filing systems, trackers, reports, and status updates. Coordinate administrative matters with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Support purchase requests, invoice processing, vendor documentation, travel, logistics, site access, and onboarding. Maintain accurate, organized project records.
