Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills. Oracle certification preferred.

Design, develop and execute automated test frameworks and suites for web and mobile using Selenium, Appium and Perfecto. Use Java with TestNG/JUnit, SoapUI for REST testing, integrate with Jenkins/CI, and document defects and test management in JIRA, Zephyr, and Quality Center.

Provide PKI and Windows Active Directory support: resolve tickets within SLA, manage shifts, coach junior staff, update knowledge base and SOPs, participate in Sev1/bridge calls and CoE meetings, ensure regulatory compliance.
