Configure, deploy, and manage SailPoint Identity Security Cloud components, including application onboarding, identity profiles, roles, access profiles, lifecycle events, provisioning, reports, and certification campaigns. Designs, develops, configures, tests, deploys, and maintains SAP CPI integration flows. Builds complex integrations using adapters, mappings, and Groovy or JavaScript scripts; troubleshoots runtime, performance, and connectivity issues; collaborates with consultants, vendors, and business users; documents solutions; and supports cloud and on-premise deployments while following security and governance standards.

Provide L1/L2 application support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM users. Triage, diagnose, prioritize, track, and resolve incidents, including P1 issues, while escalating complex problems to L3 teams. Manage SLAs, produce issue reports, maintain knowledge articles, identify enhancement opportunities, test quarterly Oracle upgrades, and educate users. The role requires strong Oracle Fusion Procurement expertise, ITIL knowledge, ticketing-system experience, analytical ability, and effective communication.

Leads end-to-end SAP CPI integration architecture, design, development, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support across SAP and non-SAP landscapes. Builds iFlows, APIs, mappings, routing, connectivity, and security artifacts; collaborates with functional, technical, and Basis teams. Produces technical designs, architecture diagrams, documentation, estimates, SOWs, and status reports. Provides client-facing solution leadership, code reviews, quality optimization, critical issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and post-go-live support.

Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Procurement modules and related SCM processes. Gather requirements, design solutions, configure workflows and procurement controls, support AI-driven automation, manage integrations and data migration, conduct testing and UAT, resolve defects, prepare documentation, train users, and provide production support. Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Supplier Portal, and other stakeholders while assessing quarterly Oracle releases.
