Lead QA efforts for Salesforce projects: design, implement and execute test cases (manual), ensure QA delivery quality, leverage AI tools for QA, manage and mentor QA team, coordinate with cross-functional teams, track issues in Azure DevOps/Jira, create risk/contingency plans, and report status to management within Agile environments.

Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Talent, Learning, and Recruiting modules (ORC/OLC). Provide end-to-end implementations, post-go-live AMS support, integrations with Core HR, and optimize talent, learning, and recruitment processes while partnering with HR stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end configuration and AMS support for Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation and Benefits modules. Manage compensation cycles, benefits enrollment and lifecycle, integrations with Core HR/Payroll/Absence/Talent, incident and enhancement handling, open enrollment, year-end processes, and continuous improvement in a client-facing environment across US and international practices.

Implement, configure, test, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Time & Labor and Absence modules. Lead end-to-end implementations, design time/leave rules and workflows, ensure integrations with Payroll/Core HR, perform SIT/UAT, troubleshoot issues, develop functional documentation, reports, and training, and run client workshops to ensure compliance and adoption.

Responsible for implementing Workday Payroll solutions, ensuring successful configurations, conducting client sessions, and supporting integrations while applying best practices.
