This role manages R&D Mechatronics projects, overseeing budgets, deliverables, design reviews, and team performance to ensure timely delivery and efficiency.

The Engineer/Senior Engineer - CAD will design 3D and 2D CAD models, ensure quality and compliance, manage CAD tasks, and innovate in lighting product design.

Design, deploy, and operate on-premises RedHat OpenShift Kubernetes clusters and RHEL servers. Build CI/CD pipelines, manage IaC with Terraform and Ansible, implement monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana), ensure container and infrastructure security, and maintain large-scale bare-metal/VMware infrastructure.

Lead architecture and low-level design of layered Java microservices, design SQL/NoSQL schemas, enforce CI/CD and automated code governance, manage security/licensing with SCA tools, implement observability and exception frameworks, integrate Gemini AI features, produce product impact documentation, and mentor engineering teams to elevate standards.

Lead SAP Basis administration and support: maintain SAP ECC/HANA stability and performance, manage transports, interfaces (IDoc/RFC/PI-PO), authorizations, Solution Manager/Cloud ALM, GCP application integrations, DB refresh/kernel upgrades, automation of operational tasks, DR drills, audit support, and project support.

Assist in preparing and reviewing system documents, perform system level testing, and generate test cases and reports under supervision.

The Engineer - Optics is responsible for optical studies, validating feasibility, designing optical components, conducting prototypes, and ensuring quality aligns with customer needs. The role includes supervising trainees and providing expert analysis to enhance innovative solutions.
