The Java Developer will participate in the establishment and implementation of application systems, analyze applications for vulnerabilities, provide solutions, and mentor junior analysts while focusing on Java Microservices and cloud platforms.

The role requires managing application systems development, providing user support, and leading development processes while ensuring compliance with regulations. Must have deep knowledge of Java and programming techniques, along with strong project management skills.

Lead and manage Applications Development teams to design, review, and deliver application systems. Provide technical oversight, resource allocation, stakeholder management, project and budget oversight, and ensure compliance with policies and risk controls while driving application strategy and team performance.

Lead application systems analysis and full-stack development, design and implement complex solutions, coach mid-level developers, integrate systems across architecture and infrastructure, manage projects, and ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Develop, fine-tune, deploy, and monitor generative AI models; contribute to prompt engineering, RAG integrations, data preprocessing, feature engineering, API development, and production workflows while collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders.

Develop and implement complex software solutions using Java/J2EE, adhere to best practices in software engineering, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while managing source code.

Provide technical and business support for production applications, ensuring stability, quality, and SLA adherence. Monitor systems, perform start-of-day checks, risk reconciliations, incident assessment and escalation, release participation, documentation, contingency planning, and post-implementation analysis. Coach junior staff, act as SME for stakeholders, drive stability/efficiency initiatives, and partner with development and support teams to prioritize fixes and improvements.

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA and Python automation solutions. Lead Automation Anywhere bot development and migration to Python frameworks, perform feasibility studies, risk assessments, code reviews, testing, and production support. Mentor developers, drive automation architecture and governance, ensure security and compliance, and integrate emerging AI tools into automation workflows.

Participate in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and support of application systems. Provide estimates, feasibility studies, risk assessment, security recommendations, coaching to junior staff, and act as SME for stakeholders while ensuring compliance and controls.
