Support talent acquisition activities for Binance Accelerator Program: source and screen candidates for technical roles, manage job postings, coordinate interviews and candidate communication, maintain ATS data (Greenhouse/Lever), perform market mapping and competitor research, support employer branding and recruitment campaigns, attend team syncs and hiring manager meetings, and suggest process improvements.

Lead Binance's Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to maximize citation authority across major LLMs. Build llms.txt, structured data, and knowledge graph signals, create measurement and attribution frameworks, run prompt testing and citation audits, analyze log/query data for crawler behavior, and translate gaps into prioritized content and technical requirements across Content, Tech, and Data teams.
