As a Cloud Expert at Kyndryl, you will manage and implement cloud projects, handle server infrastructure, and optimize data center performance. Your role includes overseeing cloud environments and collaborating on automation strategies.

Operates and optimizes maritime and enterprise network infrastructure across VSAT, Starlink, SD-WAN, LAN, wireless, Fortinet security, identity access, cloud, and voice systems. Designs routing, segmentation, hybrid connectivity, and resilient architectures; monitors performance, troubleshoots incidents, manages firewalls and VPNs, supports deployments and vendors, documents environments, conducts system reviews, and advises customers and technical teams. Manage and support enterprise mainframe storage systems 24x7: troubleshoot replication and backup, perform migrations and upgrades, capacity planning, performance tuning, disaster recovery testing, customer-facing technical coordination, and operational reporting.

Install, configure, maintain and support IBM CICS environments and CICSplex infrastructure. Manage transaction processing, performance tuning, recovery, diagnostics, upgrades/migrations, resiliency and disaster recovery. Integrate CICS with DB2, MQ, RACF and z/OS, and collaborate on modernization, automation, and cross-functional incident/change processes.

Provide 24x7 enterprise mainframe storage support including GDPS replication, DFSMShsm administration, DS8000/TS7700 management, disaster recovery design/testing, performance tuning, capacity planning, customer technical engagement, and IBM PMR management.

Lead endpoint migration readiness and escalation support for tenant-to-tenant Intune and Windows migrations. Provide risk assessments, troubleshoot complex device migration failures, create remediation runbooks, coordinate with Identity and Security teams, support cutovers, maintain known-issue catalogs, define validation evidence, coach engineers, and report readiness and failure metrics across globally distributed delivery teams.

Design, develop, and support enterprise data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, Oracle databases, data warehouses, and risk and regulatory reporting solutions. Build automation, optimize SQL and data processing, ensure data quality, reconciliation, lineage, governance, and audit readiness. Provide L2/L3 production support, resolve incidents, manage batch operations, and perform root-cause analysis. Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Regulatory, Business, and Technology stakeholders while mentoring junior team members.
