Configure and build Ellucian Banner SaaS capabilities, including forms, workflows, scheduled jobs, and other low-code/no-code functions. Translate approved business processes and user stories into delivery outputs, estimate work, meet sprint timelines, resolve defects, and support functional testing, UAT, and system integration testing. Coordinate with integration, data migration, reporting, and testing teams when Banner changes affect Azure, MuleSoft, AWS, Power BI, Banner Insights, and student or staff workflows.

Configure and develop Ellucian Banner SaaS capabilities, including forms, workflows, scheduled jobs, and low-code/no-code functionality. Translate signed-off business requirements and user stories into build outputs within sprint-based delivery timelines. Estimate work, resolve defects, support functional testing, UAT, and system integration testing, and coordinate with integration, data migration, reporting, and testing teams across Azure, MuleSoft, AWS, Power BI, and Banner Insights.

Design, develop, and implement insurance technology solutions using Duck Creek and Guidewire products. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, code reviews, client engagement, requirements gathering, solution documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and training. Ensure delivered solutions are scalable, reliable, well-integrated, and aligned with industry best practices.
