As a Security Managed Services Engineer (L2), you will monitor, identify, and resolve technical incidents in security systems, manage client requests, and collaborate with teams to ensure efficient operations.

Provide L2 networking support for clients by monitoring, investigating, and resolving medium-complexity incidents. Manage tickets, perform operational tasks, escalate to Centres of Excellence, contribute to change management, collaborate on automation, coach L1 teams, and support disaster recovery and trend analysis to drive automation opportunities.

Provide first-line support and monitoring for client IT infrastructure across multiple domains (Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, Collaboration).
