Provides first-line support for client IT infrastructure across multiple technology domains. Monitors systems, investigates and resolves low-complexity incidents, manages ITSM tickets, performs patching and configuration changes, supports disaster recovery testing, updates knowledge articles, and escalates issues when needed. The role also requires effective shift handovers, SLA adherence, project support, and a client-focused approach.

Provides second-line network infrastructure support by monitoring systems, investigating and resolving incidents, managing tickets and changes, supporting maintenance and disaster recovery, and escalating complex issues. The role also establishes monitoring, analyzes trends, identifies automation opportunities, audits ticket quality, supports shift handovers, and coaches Level 1 and service desk teams. It requires client-focused communication, technical certifications, and proficiency with enterprise networking and security technologies.

Design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-native microservices and APIs that run ML/AI algorithms on structured and unstructured telemetry data. Contribute code, automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and documentation while collaborating with product teams and geo-distributed stakeholders.

As a Security Managed Services Engineer (L2), you will monitor, identify, and resolve technical incidents in security systems, manage client requests, and collaborate with teams to ensure efficient operations.

Provide advanced field and remote technical support for complex hardware, software, and networked systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve incidents, manage tickets to meet SLAs, perform onsite installs and maintenance, use monitoring tools, liaise with vendors, and recommend operational improvements and automation opportunities.

Provide L1 managed security support for client firewall infrastructure (Palo Alto), monitor systems, investigate and resolve first-line incidents, schedule maintenance, update knowledge articles, escalate appropriately, and support disaster recovery and project tasks as needed.

Provide L2 managed security operations: monitor queues, triage and resolve incidents within SLAs, perform root cause analysis, manage change records, liaise with vendors and other teams, contribute to automation and DR tasks, and improve knowledge articles and processes.

Provide front-line support for client firewall infrastructures: monitor systems, handle low-complexity incidents and ITSM tickets, schedule maintenance and patching, update/create knowledge articles, follow shift handovers, identify automation/process improvements, and assist with disaster recovery tests.

Provide third-line technical implementation and support for clients: install/configure software and hardware, resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, produce documentation and reports, coordinate engineers, mentor junior staff, and contribute to higher-complexity design work while meeting SLAs.
