Lead technical sales opportunities for US-market B2B SaaS customers. Responsibilities include product demos, customized POCs, RFP and RFI responses, technical discovery, solution design, integrations, implementation scoping, SOW creation, migration planning, and security discussions. The role requires close partnership with Account Executives, strong customer communication, SaaS integration knowledge, and independent management of multiple complex evaluations.

Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation of a B2B SaaS platform, including requirements gathering, configuration, integrations, project planning, UAT, training, deployment, go-live, documentation, scope management, and handoff to Customer Success or Support.

Supports product marketing through sales enablement, video and content creation, market research, partner campaigns, website management, social media, and user education. The role develops product guides, presentations, videos, marketing materials, personas, website improvements, and educational resources while collaborating with sales, marketing, design, development, strategic partners, and customer success teams.

Design marketing creatives for web, social media, print, email, events, paid advertising, landing pages, banners, and other campaign assets. Collaborate with marketers and cross-functional teams, follow brand guidelines, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and stay current with design and marketing trends. The role requires a strong multi-channel portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.

Generate and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities through calls, emails, account research, and online demonstrations. Understand customer needs, route qualified prospects to sales executives, close sales, meet quotas, and maintain a prospect database. The role is office-based in Chennai on a 9:30 AM–6:30 PM India shift.

Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify potential customers. Schedule demos for Account Executives, nurture prospects through personalized follow-up, develop outbound campaigns, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with the sales team to improve lead handoffs and opportunity generation.
