Own the full sales cycle for JoVE’s EdTech products across universities and colleges in India, from prospecting through closing. Develop territory sales plans, present products to academic stakeholders, manage client communications, analyze sales trends, collaborate on campaigns, meet targets, and attend tradeshows. The role requires strong communication, presentation, negotiation, resilience, and experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.

Develops short-form microlearning videos for business and professional skills. Responsibilities include researching topics, writing scripts, creating storyboards, developing scenarios and assessments, using generative AI, collaborating with production teams, reviewing videos for quality and accuracy, and managing multiple lessons through completion. The role requires strong instructional design, writing, research, visual storytelling, editorial judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Design marketing collateral across digital, print, social media, presentations, events, landing pages, and campaigns. Adapt assets across formats and languages while maintaining brand consistency. Build and troubleshoot HubSpot landing page sections using HTML and CSS, and apply AI-assisted design and coding workflows. Collaborate with marketing, brand, events, sales, and studio teams while managing multiple projects, incorporating feedback, and delivering high-quality, print-ready and digital assets on schedule.

Leads the design and execution of talent and organizational development programs, including career architecture, workshops, leadership principles, manager training, succession planning, talent reviews, recognition, and employee development initiatives. Partners with leaders and HR to identify capability gaps, build solutions, manage programs from concept through implementation, and measure outcomes using data.

Own and improve marketing operations through HubSpot automation, lifecycle journeys, email campaigns, database management, data-quality controls, lead scoring, dashboards, attribution, and funnel analysis. Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Product to improve CRM integrity, campaign performance, sales handoffs, and pipeline contribution. Conduct QA, deliverability monitoring, A/B testing, and marketing analytics while introducing tools and reusable processes that increase productivity and reduce errors.

Produce AI-generated voice-over narrations for educational and scientific videos. Collaborate with content development teams to prepare scripts, perform quality checks and revisions, and integrate narration with final video content. Maintain expertise in AI voice-over technology, coordinate with editors and producers, and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and ensuring clarity, accuracy, and engagement.

Reviews educational and corporate training content, including written materials and videos, for accuracy, clarity, grammar, coherence, instructional effectiveness, and audience suitability. Identifies errors and inconsistencies, evaluates alignment with learning objectives, and provides constructive feedback to content creators. The role requires strong editing skills, attention to detail, familiarity with academic or workplace learning formats, and a PhD in Life Sciences.
