Manage multidisciplinary construction project schedules across design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and integration. Evaluate schedule risks, critical paths, milestones, progress, and contractor performance; facilitate planning reviews; produce KPI and management reports; implement schedule change control; and support forecasting using historical data. Lead procurement strategy and tender management for large-scale data centre projects, focusing on CSA and MEP packages. Manage full tender lifecycle, commercial evaluations, contract negotiation (FIDIC/NEC), cost control, and supplier relationships to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective procurement delivery.

Serve as the primary client sustainability contact, defining and assuring KPIs across energy, embodied/operational carbon, water, and waste. Support Sustainability Delivery Plans, review contractor compliance, coordinate stage reviews and verification (LEED/BREEAM), and compile KPI tracking data to ensure client standards and stage-gate objectives are met.

Manage contract administration, commercial claims, procurement, and risk for large data centre and mission-critical construction projects. Administer FIDIC/NEC contracts, assess variations and EOTs, support procurement of MEP and specialist packages, and liaise with project stakeholders to mitigate commercial risk and resolve disputes.

Lead cost management for large-scale data centre MEP packages, driving cost control, commercial strategy, estimating, procurement support, contract management (NEC/FIDIC), reporting, and team leadership across design, construction and commissioning phases.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable including invoice processing, coding, three-way matching, payment runs and expense claims. Support month-end closing, AP reconciliations (sub-ledger to GL, D365 to Golden Tax), accruals, intercompany reconciliations, and financial reporting. Maintain vendor data, investigate discrepancies, monitor aged payables, and drive AP process improvements and automation. Provide backup accounting and ad hoc finance support.
