Provide on-site PC and hardware support: install, configure, and test computers, printers, and network equipment; install and maintain corporate software; troubleshoot hardware and software issues; perform diagnostics, document procedures, and assist users while following confidentiality and safety policies.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, servers, networking equipment, and software to ensure secure, compliant operations. Participate in process improvements and systems transitions while ensuring compliance with accounting principles, safety, and company policies.
