Owns delivery and continuous improvement of credit monitoring products within wholesale lending services. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, manage the product backlog, coordinate user acceptance testing, support production incidents, and oversee change readiness, risk controls, and regulatory adherence. Develops automated regression testing, resolves operational issues, and drives process and product transformations across cross-functional teams.

Supports trading and portfolio management operations by processing trade orders, clearing trades, managing positions and expiries, resolving trade breaks, and addressing trader, client, and broker escalations. The role also drives process improvements, supports UAT and system releases, facilitates training, coordinates cross-functional issue resolution, and uses data and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.

Lead data science efforts to design, develop, and productionize ML models, services and scalable data pipelines. Collaborate across lines of business to deliver AI-powered software solutions, perform analysis and insights, and optimize business outcomes in a secure, scalable financial-services environment.

Own daily P&L and risk reporting, validate financial drivers, execute key controls, maintain audit documentation, and deliver management reporting. Analyze financial products and derivatives while ensuring compliance with product controller standards and driving sustainable process transformation.
