Independently manage documentation schedules and team efforts, collaborate with PLM/R&D/Test to gather technical content, and deliver web-based publications using AsciiDoc/XML/Markdown and tools like Arbortext/Oxygen. Align documentation with SDLC/DDLC, structured writing principles, Agile and DevOps workflows, single-sourcing practices, and use Jira/Confluence/GitHub for content lifecycle management.

Design and execute end-to-end automated test strategies for service portals across IP/MPLS networks. Develop Robot Framework test scripts, validate orchestration and automation, troubleshoot issues, integrate tests into CI/CD, mentor junior QA engineers, and report quality and performance metrics to ensure reliable product releases.
