Leads incident command and reliability operations for large-scale payment platforms. Directs engineering teams during critical incidents, authorizes rollbacks and failovers, reviews cloud and Infrastructure-as-Code changes, and drives disaster recovery, observability, automation, capacity planning, and resilience initiatives. Communicates with executives during incidents and postmortems, mentors engineers, and improves incident response tooling, playbooks, and operational workflows. The role operates on alternating 12-hour shifts.
