The Senior Subcontracts Specialist improves subcontracts discipline by managing pre-award activities, negotiating terms, and providing guidance to site leadership. They ensure compliance, facilitate internal communications, and support subcontract management strategies while managing cost risks and enhancing operational effectiveness.

Manage subcontracting activities for projects including solicitation and evaluation of bids, contract administration, change management, cost forecasting, risk monitoring, and reporting. Ensure subcontractor compliance with contractual and HSE requirements, support sourcing strategy, and escalate issues to subcontract leadership.

Lead pre-award subcontract activities including RFP/ITB creation, vendor pre-qualification, negotiation, bid evaluation, award recommendations, and subcontract compliance. Provide guidance to site leadership, support subcontract strategy, risk/cost reviews, performance reviews, reporting, and system-related responsibilities to ensure timely, compliant subcontract administration.

Lead treasury operations including global daily cash management, investment and FX oversight, subsidiary funding, payments and billing process improvements. Develop treasury systems, dashboards, and documentation; coordinate bank due diligence, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage one team member while supporting special projects.

Lead and perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed mechanical design and analyses for oil & gas projects, manage discipline deliverables and resources, interface with vendors and other disciplines, support procurement, testing, HAZOP and FAT, mentor engineers, and ensure compliance with standards, schedules, budgets, and project requirements.

Lead mechanical engineering activities for offshore projects including FEED, studies, detailed design, analyses, calculations, vendor reviews, procurement support, inter-discipline coordination, and mentoring junior engineers to ensure compliant, cost- and schedule-conscious deliverables.

The Expeditor is responsible for managing the expediting process, liaising with suppliers, driving project status reporting, and resolving issues to ensure timely delivery of materials for projects.
